*new as of 11/2/23 Lake being lowered, Locks Pond Road update
The dam keeper began lowering the lake on Nov 1st. The lake will come down around 2 inches per day until it is lowered a total of two feet.
In other news, the culvert work is finishing up and the town hopes to have Locks Pond road open around Nov 17th.

DETOUR on Locks Pond road this summer:
Message Received from the Shutesbury Town Administrator:
"The Locks' Pond culvert project is moving ahead this summer in July. The project will start about July 10th and run through August. The detour will be set up at the end of June."
